I cannot say enough good things about Joel, my personal trainer for more than 2 years.  I have followed him wherever he's working, and am delighted that he finally landed in Henniker, my home town.  I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) almost 35 years ago.  I'm still able to walk with a couple of canes or a walker, but am not sure that would be true if Joel hadn't helped me build back my lost muscle strength.  The canes are still necessary for balance, but I certainly don't need them for weakness.  Joel is very careful with my special needs and extremely knowledgeable, He's also kind, compassionate, and lots of fun.  I hate to think where I'd be without him.  Thank you, Joel!!

Joel recruited me as a client when he saw how much my "senior" body had deteriorated following a series of medical procedures and associated recovery periods.  By the end of the first five minutes of my initial training session, Joel had dispelled the awkwardness I had felt about me needing a coach to exercise properly.  Joel knows more about biomechanics than anyone I've ever known, and uses that knowledge to prevent his clients from injuring themselves during exercise, while building and restoring muscle, agility and range of motion.  If you're thinking about starting an exercise program, do yourself a favor, and find a knowledgeable trainer.  And you'd be hard put to find one better than Joel.
